Truly great customer service. Not only did they show up the day I called the gauge our issue but turned around got us on their scheduled the day after our parts arrived AND one of the sweet technicians took out a frog from my kitchen I was ferried of. Prompt service to my house. Professional plumbers, friendly and they wasted no time. I would have given a 5 but they dug up the ground quickly and nearly cut and underground cable. They did not, but it was close. Definitely would call on them again.

Can't say enough good things about the experience. Yeah, it didn't involve digging up pipes, tightening up sleeves or connections...BUT y'all sure brought all my all suspicions out about the "leak" and "swampy area" that I wanted to find out about - everything on our side checked out just fine, and now the neighbor (whose property the french drain is in) will have to deal with it.Please pass along kudos to Patrick, the tech that came out - he had a very methodical and thorough way of trying to check out if there were any problems on our side. Sounds like he comes from a family that has been in the biz for some time, and he's sure learned his trade. I hope you can always find employees to be hired that have the personality, brains, and common sense problem tracking-down that Patrick has!

Had an emergency call over the weekend. Thomas from MPI came out within an hour. He was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and corrected it. The customer service was excellent and the pricing was fair and transparent. I will be a return customer for future plumbing needs. Highly recommend Thomas and MPI.

Recently used Milam plumbing for a gas stove hook up. The previously ran line was enough to add the appliance. Dennis was full or knowledge and thorough in ensuring a safe and functional hook up. Patrick came out late night last week. I had a broken line in two areas. He was right there in the mud digging and laying in it to reach for the shut off valve he fixed his end and then reached out to H2Go and waited until they arrived, discussed the situation and even checked in the next day to confirm everything was taken care of. If you are looking for a very reliable and honest plumbing company, this is the one to call! I highly recommend them, because they never disappoint! Very professional and reasonable. We called Milam Plumbing about our no hot water problem and talked to Tina Howard. Now it was cold outside, so it was no time to be running out of hot water for the showers. Tina was so nice, very helpful and professional and caring about our no hot water problem. Our hot water heater was 18 years old and just quit. We decided it did not owe us anything. We asked Tina to set up an appointment for (MPI) Milam Plumbing to come out and install a new hot water heater. We took pictures of the area where the old water heater was at and messaged them to her on their cell phone so as the service guys would have an idea of what they would be dealing with. Well Thomas Morrisey and Patrick Fennessy were the service guys that came out to remove our old water heater and to install the new water heater that they picked up and brought with them. Thomas and Patrick were nice, clean, respectful, polite, and very professional young men. Thomas' and Patrick's mannerism in our opinion really reflects from their good raising and of them wanting to do a good job. Our old water heater was in a closet in our utility room. We had Thomas and Patrick install the new water heater in the garage on a platform. All of the work was done beautifully and ahead of time. They cleaned up everywhere behind themselves. Thomas explained everything to us really well also. We could not be anymore prouder of the work done by Tina Howard, Thomas Morrsey, and Patrick Fennessy of (MPI) Milam Plumbing. Patrick Fennessey went above and beyond in his response to a leak discovered in our new build. The hour was late but he arrived quickly and got straight to work, keeping us well informed along the way. On a holiday weekend, we had low expectations but we’re grateful Patrick was there to help. After a gas line that was installed by another company didn’t pass inspection I called Dennis with Milam Plumbing. Dennis came out, explained the specs necessary for my stove, and came up with a plan for a future generator and fireplace install. Gage and Cody did the install and came back later to hook up/convert the stove for natural gas. They took the time to do the job right. I highly recommend.

Very happy with the entire experience. I had Milam install a section of gas piping into the house from my propane tank and install a gas range, including natural gas to LP gas conversion. Milam's Gas Manager clearly has exceptional experience and his team's quality of work reflects his high standards. The people are wonderful to work with. Susie was super directing me through the process of getting a lp gas line installed for a stove. I never write reviews but just wanted to say thank you to Milam Plumbing for coming out to our home to fix a hot water heater / pipe issue very quickly. Will came out this morning right on schedule to attempt to track down a weird leak we had going on in our master bathroom. After some investigation they decided it would be needed to drill a small hole in the ceiling of our first story below where the issue is to get an inspection camera up to try and locate the leak. They asked if this was okay and of course it was with us. After this they found the leak and ended up needing to cut a hole in the ceiling to further investigate. They again asked if this was okay with us and of course it was, the ceiling can be repaired, we just needed the leak fixed first so we were completely understanding! They took some detailed measurements so as not to cut anymore than absolutely necessary. Once it was opened up they confirmed the leak and proceeded to fix it. They had it fixed in no time and also were nice enough to provide us with a quote for some other work we will be doing in the future. Overall excellent experience and would totally recommend them to anyone!

Needed to get a new toilet installed as the last one was never installed correctly by our builder and constantly rocked. So when the original toilet tank cracked I had called around for pricing and time frame when I could get my toilet installed. Having dealt with Benjamin Plumbing before for a bath tub installed that professionally was under par I decided to give Milam Plumbing a try. Stephen was the young gentleman who came out and was beyond professional! He got our new toilet installed correctly and even caulked around the bottom of the toilet which I thought was awesome!!! Cause the last toilet I had installed the plumber at that time (another company) failed to so in our master bath. So again I want to thank Stephen at Milam Plumbing for the above and beyond professionalism shown in helping me fix our issue. Definitely a worker I would want to keep and emulate for others to follow.

Mike, Pete and Steve were awesome. The experience as a whole was great. Tina in the office was quick to respond and they were able to schedule quickly. We had a horrible situation involving a major sewage leak in our crawl space.We received a quote from another plumbing company that was astronomical, Milam provided a much better rate and all three guys worked tirelessly to ensure that we could use the plumbing in our house as soon as possible. So thankful for all the hard work and more thankful than ever for running water.I definitely recommend Milam and know that they are not trying to sell services not needed or con you out of any money.

H2Go called me and told me I had a leak. I could not find one in the house so I called Milam Plumbing. The came quickly (less than 24 hrs). At first the team could not find the leak and was about to suggest a sonar company. One of the men "said let me try one more thing". He found it by listening at the H2Go meter. The leak was about 2-3 feet from the meter. They fixed me up pronto! I know it could have really cost me money I did not have. I do appreciate those guys! Plus they have a hot hot job! Kuddos guys. I Highly recommend this company! We Live in Magnolia Greens and they sent their technician Thomas come out to install some old worn out water faucets on my house. On his first visit out we had trouble finding the water meter shutoff valve and he allowed me to find the meter by coming back at a later time. After the water company came out and located the main valve, Thomas came out and fixed my spigots super fast and charged me a very fair price and the job was completed. Super nice guy and great company to work with!

I needed a valve replaced. The main for the house gave out. What can I say? The guy showed up do the work and left. He was done in just under one hour. He even offered to help me fill in the hole after I had already paid the bill. I just gave the phone number to my neighbor.Note, you can save yourself some money if you can do any work ahead of time. For me to took about an hour just to dig the hole.....

Milam plumbing did a fantastic job for me. I had a pipe bust in a wall. They were prompt to go out and make the house livable for my tenant by caping the busted pipe. They had to cut a hole in my wall and did a good job and not trashing the surrounding area or making the wall damage worse. They agreed to come back Monday and complete the repair.Monday rolls around and they arrive as scheduled; complete the repair and leave. the price was reasonable as well!I included the picture of the hole they had to make. I’ve had plumbers refuse to cut a hole or do a terrible job. They did it and did the best they could.Now, if they only did Sheetrock and painting.........
